Hiebing Metal Logo
At Hiebing, I gave a presentation to the creative department on heavy metal logos, and my research lead me down a delightful rabbit hole that compelled me to try my hand at creating one myself for the presentation. I drew the mark above based on the agency’s name, being mindful of symmetry and adding details such as veiny “branches” and webbing along the way, finishing with texture and color. The mark was so well received I additionally made it into a desktop wallpaper for anyone to use and company swag, which was one of the highest requested swag items Hiebing had ever had to that point. | self-directed project
